The double reflection adds a really nice touch and dimension. The lights of the buildings are bright and striking and draw your attention quite nicely. Beautiful image :)

The photo is very interesting, well composed and sharp, but my mind is thinking that this represents an incredible waste of energy (and tons of CO2 in the atmosphere) :(
